- How long does a typical project take?
- Automation projects usually ship in 2-4 weeks. Custom AI agents take 4-8 weeks depending on complexity and integration scope. We include a timeline estimate in your scoping proposal.
- What if I'm not sure which tier I need?
- Just describe your workflow in the contact form. We'll review it, identify the highest-impact automation opportunities, and send you a scoping proposal with the right tier recommendation — all async, no calls needed.
- Do you work with our existing tools and infrastructure?
- Yes. We integrate with whatever you already use — Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, internal APIs, databases, cloud providers. If it has an API, we can connect to it.
- What happens after the project is delivered?
- Every project includes post-launch support (30 days for Automation Projects, 60 days for Custom Agents). After that, you can manage it yourself using the documentation we provide, or move to a Managed AI Ops plan for ongoing support.
- How do you handle data privacy and security?
- We work within your infrastructure and follow your security policies. We don't store your data on our systems. All automations run in your environment, and we sign NDAs and data processing agreements as needed.
- Can I start small and scale up later?
- Absolutely. Most clients start with a single Automation Project to see results, then expand to custom agents or managed operations as they identify more opportunities. Each engagement is independent — no long-term lock-in.
- What AI models and technologies do you use?
- We are model-agnostic and use whatever best fits the task — OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, or a combination. We also build with standard tooling: Python, TypeScript, vector databases, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- What does the Managed AI Ops monthly scope include?
- Each month includes monitoring, optimization, and a budget of new automation work (scoped during onboarding). Major new agent builds are scoped separately, but incremental improvements and new small automations are covered.
